Consignment Merchandise Disclaimer

Certain merchandise offered on the Not Equal Collection website may be provided by independent third-party consigners and is not owned, manufactured, or fulfilled by Not Equal Collection.

Any item identified as Consignment Merchandise remains the property and responsibility of the respective Consigner. Orders containing these items will be processed, packaged, shipped, and fulfilled directly by the Consigner.

Because Consignment Merchandise is fulfilled independently, shipping times, packaging, availability, and fulfillment may differ from products owned and fulfilled directly by Not Equal Collection.

Not Equal Collection provides the marketplace through which these items are offered but does not assume ownership of Consignment Merchandise unless otherwise stated.

If you would like to consign with Not Equal Collection please contact us via email at contact@notequalcollection.com. Thank you.
